Free to air TV programmes in Dutch are available from BVN. You need to purchase a satellite dish and a receiver that sits on top of your TV. Purchase and installation is not expensive. We recommend Garry of Homeright Electrical (6267 9698 or 0419 566 341). There is no fee for watching.

A great site where all the cabaret artists have put their bits and pieces. Very good for the oldies to see the old shows on YouTube. Hours of pleasure.

- Live air traffic over the Netherlands
This site allows you to see all aircraft traffic over the Netherlands in real time. Quite spectacular when it’s night-time there. You can also choose other European airports.

This camera overlooks the Grote Markt in Groningen – you can almost see who’s having patat today!

You will see a snapshot (every 2 hours) image of suburban Grootegast, with the last 7 shots, and also a complete, live, weather report. Information available includes barometric pressure, temperature, wind direction and speed, UV, rainfall today, this month, year to date, humidity, cloud ceiling, maps, etc.
